Hi guys, welcome to my blog about how to tone your stomach. In this post I wanted to give you some details about how to burn stubborn belly fat and tighten you stomach including the methods that best worked for me. I have tried countless diets, exercise regimes, and ab programs and products in my quest to tone my stomach. I spent a lot of time, money, and effort before I finally discovered a way to tone my stomach that actually worked well.  Click here to discover what worked for me

I was never overweight, in fact people always thought I looked slim – when I was wearing a t shirt. However once I took the t shirt off, my flabby stomach was there for all to see. It didn’t seem to matter how much I exercised or dieted, I couldn’t achieve that nice toned stomach that everyone wants. Going to the beach, swimming, and pretty much any activity which involved “exposing” my body was simply not on the agenda. All the diets and programs I achieved were hard work, confusing, and plain difficult to follow.

You see, If you want to tone your stomach, we are told that there are two things you cannot escape from:

1. You need to change your diet

2. You need to perform exercises that target your stomach muscles

Most people interpret this as just cutting down on fatty foods, doing endless cardio, and doing countless sit ups – I know I tried that method, and I got nowhere! But what I finally learnt was that these ideas are just clichés, and there are far more effective ways to tone your stomach. When I started studying the truth about abs, I realised that I had been going about toning my stomach completely the wrong way, and was wasting all that effort I was putting in. It’s simple really – If you want to tone your stomach, you have to realise the following:

Don’t target your abs: This sounded odd to me at first, but there is good science behind this. My performing exercises that only target your abs (like the dreaded stomach crunches) all you are doing is growing the ab muscles. This plays no part in toning your stomach, because if you want to tone your stomach, the main thing you have to do is get rid of the layer of fat covering your abs. Stomach crunches will not remove this layer of fat!

Don’t over train: Over training can be counter-productive when you are trying to tone your stomach. It can also drastically demotivate due to the fatigue it causes. If you want to tone your stomach, you are better off doing few workouts, and making the most of them. I scheduled just 2 sessions per week, but really made them count as for each one I was very energetic. None of the exercises I performed targeted my abs!

Diet “smart” and don’t starve: The diet and exercise program I used to tone my stomach had a detailed and extensive guide to food and eating. I was surprised at some of the food I was allowed to eat, and it really turned my thinking on its head. I was able to eat lots of meat and fatty foods despite originally thinking that these would be off limits. The important thing is to give your body all the nutrition it needs, and definitely avoid starving yourself. By changing my diet and being smart about it, I was able to change my body into a fat burning machine.

By following these simple yet proven and effective techniques, I was able to noticeably tone my stomach in under two months. Four months later I had a visible six pack!

I hope you found these pointers helpful, If you want to know more about how to tone your stomach, you can get more details about the diet program and exercise regime that worked for me by checking out the video on this site (there is one for women, and one for men)

How To Lose Stomach Fat The Natural Way

Crash dieting, along with all sorts of fat loss pills, powders, and potions, have been growing in popularity recently. People spend hundreds of dollars on the latest fat loss pill, or diet supplement, however this is all money down the drain. What’s worse, it’s bad for your health too. Finding and following a diet and training regime that works will give you the toned stomach you are looking for, without the need to buy expensive pills and supplements for the rest of your life.

My advice to you would be to not waste your money – I have been there and done that, and seen zero results. Think about it – in the last 20 years, the number of these pills on the market have exploded. In the last 20 years, the number of cases of obesity and overweight people in general has also exploded! If the pills really did work, surely the message would have been passed around by now, and everyone would be slim? Unfortunately, there is no magic pill.

So, how to tone your stomach naturally, without any pills or supplements? It’s not rocket science. The only way to get rid of stomach fat and have a lean, toned stomach, is to do the following:

Make health a priority: Before you put any food or drink into your mouth, think about the consequences for your health. Is it good for you? Is it really worth eating junk food for a few minutes of pleasure? Staying toned for life required this kind of thought process to become natural.

Kick the junk food habit for life: Yep, no more junk food. Just forget about it, not even at weekends, it is just not worth it. There are countless delicious meals out there that are good for you, processed food does nothing but damage your health and make you fat. If you want a tone stomach, say goodbye to fast food for good. This may sound difficult, but once you have kicked the habit for a month, you won’t miss it.

Make exercise a part of your life: You don’t have to kill yourself with these work outs, but giving your body a thorough and regular workout will help you maintain the toned stomach you always dreamed of into old age. I found that working out at home on my elliptical machine made a big difference.

Get lots of sleep: Getting enough sleep is vital to your overall health, and for keeping of fat. If you don’t get enough sleep, your metabolism will become one that favours storing fat.

Attitude: It may sound like rubbish, but having a positive mental attitude, and self belief that you can achieve your goals is also vital. Negative thoughts will ruin your efforts, and increase the likelihood that you will fail. Set yourself a goal, and get out there and achieve it!

I hope these points don’t sound too clichéd, but I really can’t stress just how important they are, and just how relevant they are. When I was working on toning my stomach, I saw firsthand just how true they were.

Everybody wants a toned, firm stomach. Everybody! Show me someone who doesn’t want a supple, firm, toned stomach and I will show you a liar. So why do so few people actually have toned stomachs? Is it because they are lazy? Sure, some people are lazy. But more importantly, I have come to realise that it’s because of misinformation. People put in the effort, but so much of it is wasted. Once I learnt how to diet smartly, and focus my exercises, the results came hard and fast. It was really eye opening discovering some of the things that worked, and just how effective they were.
